An 8-week progressive training programme designed to help you build strength, confidence and consistency - whether you train at home or in the gym. You will receive structured workouts, coaching tips, motivation and built-in accountability to keep you moving forward. Monthly check-ins ensure you are progressing and feeling supported every step of the way.

Personal Training

In-person 1-1 personal training tailored to your goals and your confidence.

Whether you want to get stronger in the gym, prepare for your first Hyrox competition or smash a new 5K PB, you will be guided with expert coaching, technique support and a training style that brings out your best. Together, we will turn your goals into achievements.

1-1 Coaching

Our premium, fully supported coaching experience.
This package includes weekly 1-1 Zoom check-ins where we review your week, celebrate wins, tackle challenges and set clear goals for the days ahead. You will receive personalised, progressive training, tailored calories and macros, 24/7 access to your coach and ongoing education to help you build lifelong habits. This is your all-round roadmap to real, sustainable change.

About Me

I’m Charlotte, founder of The CHAR Method. After 11 years in the corporate world, navigating pressure, self-doubt and body image struggles, I realised how many people quietly feel the same.

I wasn’t sporty growing up — I was the girl who came last on sports day — but I’ve always had grit.

 

That determination led me through Tough Mudder, the Three Peaks Challenge, charity races and eventually Hyrox events at both Open and Pro level.

My journey taught me something life-changing: our bodies are capable of far more than we think, and movement transforms both body and mind.

 

I created The CHAR Method to help others feel that same strength, confidence and belief in themselves.
