A 12-week progressive training programme tailored to you and designed to help you build strength, confidence and consistency; whether you train at home or in the gym. You will receive structured workouts, coaching tips, motivation and built-in accountability to keep you moving forward. Monthly or bi-weekly check-ins ensure you are progressing and feeling supported every step of the way.
In-person or virtual 1-1 personal training tailored to your goals and your confidence. Whether you want to get stronger in the gym, prepare for your first Hyrox competition, or smash a new 5K PB, you’ll be guided with expert coaching, technique support and a training style that brings out your best. Together, we will turn your goals into achievements.
This package includes weekly 1-1 check-ins where we review your week, celebrate wins, tackle challenges and set clear goals for the days ahead. You will receive personalised, progressive training, tailored calories and macros, 24/7 access to your coach and ongoing education to help you build lifelong habits. This is your all-round roadmap to real, sustainable change.
The ultimate coaching package. Hybrid coaching combines the structure and accountability of online coaching with the precision and motivation of in-person personal training. It is designed for those who are serious about their progress and want the highest level of support to accelerate their results. Every element of your journey is intentional, personalised and built around helping you become the strongest, most confident version of yourself.
